By downloading or using MemoryBackup, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

Use of the app must comply with all applicable local, state, and international laws and regulations.

3. Subscriptions

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You may manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
• Payments are processed by Apple; we do not handle billing directly.

4. Backups

MemoryBackup transfers your photos and videos to your own external drive. We are not responsible for drive failures, hardware defects, or data loss outside the app’s control.

5. Limitations of Liability

The app is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, device issues, or missed backups.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the app after such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
